The store says it's a hand breaded chicken sandwich. No way that this chicken is hand breaded. The tots are great with the chili on top. The sandwich looks like it came out of a bag. Very disappointed. Ordered a hamburger the other day and it was great.

The first time we ordered from here was really good. This time I ordered food for 4 people ($100 worth) we were missing a beverage, and 3 out of 4 burgers were not customized/missing extra ingredients that we paid for, etc...

Sandwich was pretty good but they forgot the cheese. They also never salt their fries, so unless you choose one of the seasoning options (which doesn't have just salt as an option) they are going to be plain.

The burger is awesome every time I order it, but the tater tots are always soggy, whereas I prefer them crispy. This time they were soggy to the point where they were inedible.
