My Chai Lattetasted fantastic. I had Almond milk added versus whole or skim milk, the taste is wonderful. Iced Strawberry Layered Latte taste great (got it for someone else but had to try it)

Hot lattes were only half filled cups and extremely watered down. I ordered an 18 dollar box of chocolates, and they sent a SINGLE piece. Worst experience I've had with a coffee shop.

I love Winans, and I order with them multiple times per week. However, my orders have arrived with issues numerous times, over the past month.
Cinnamon Rolls - Hard as a rock, even heated up.
Chocolate Covered Graham, Milk - Stale.
Brew Coffee - Missing the proper amount of cream asked for.
Iced Buckeye Mocha - The consistency, and quality of this drink, always varies. Sometimes, it's perfect; other times, like today, it's made poorly, and tastes bad. Also, I haven't been given a straw the last 4 times I've ordered this drink.
I have no idea what's going on, but consistency, and quality, both need to drastically improve, or I'll order elsewhere.

Why do my drinks keep getting made incorrectly? Wrong size, no whipped topping... Third time it's happened now. I honestly do love this place, but I can't keep ordering if I won't even get what I'm paying for. 🤦♀️
