First time ordering and I was very satisfied. The tuna sandwich and the chorizo sandwich did not disappoint! :)

Didn't READ instructions. NOT double toasted and didn't ADD the extra cream cheeese. The bagel is dry and hard.

Do not get the soda - the carbonation is way off. Tastes like chemicals.
The donuts are the same as other Winchells though, no complaints

Would love to love them, but instead of an old fashioned glazed, they gave me another of the buttermilk donuts, which were already half my order. The other two I got are good tho.
