• 25-10-21The food tasted great as always, but my Slugger burger had only ONE tiny patty on it that only covered about 75% of the bun and NO CHEESE ! (Was mostly just bun & bbq sauce) . The Southpaw didn't come with the GRILLED MUSHROOMS that I asked for and ALSO had NO CHEESE on it (was very dry). Fries were great and onion rings were fantastic!

• 26-02-04The Buffalo tenders had zero buffalo flavor or spice, they were just orange. Burger was bland, didn't seem as if there was any seasoning in the hamburger meat. Ordered a fountain drink (listed to order on DD site) but driver was told they "don't have fountain drinks" and nothing was offered for substitution or as a refund.

• 25-09-02The fries were touching my jalapeños and I'm the only person in the household who likes spicy food. The fries were cold & soggy and tasted like frozen fries
My burger (The Heat Check) was supposed to have Swiss cheese but there wasn't any cheese.
