I've had really good luck here. The burgers do indeed need more seasoning but everything is fresh and the fries are crispy. But I have NEVER received ketchup even though I've requested it EVERY time. Maybe there is a shortage I'm not aware of?! Certainly will order again, but have your own ketchup if you order fries;)

The Veteran (Double Smashburger) was pretty good, but could definitely use some more seasoning (even just salt and pepper). The fries could also use salt, but were crisp and well cooked. All the fixings for the burgers were fresh plenty!
Overall would get again!
The Curly Fries were better seasoned and were crisp and tasty!
