My order was perfect. It was on time , cooked and sauced perfectly, but that wasn't the highlight of my visit. What impressed the most was the hospitality everyone was sooooo friendly. . Eye contact and greeted within 10 seconds of arrival. Thanks crew!

The food and workers. We have been going to WingStop on W Mason several times a week. Best fries I've ever had. All the employees have been super friendly, but I don't know their names except Talia and Jamarion (probably spelled both wrong) Those 2 are definitely assets for the company and go above and beyond every time I've been there. You're lucky to have them as employees...and I do not know them from anywhere besides WingStop

Ordered dry rub wings and they're floating in greasy puddle, bag is soaked in grease... celery is visibly dirty. Never had such a poor experience here

Ordered well done so it wouldn't be a mush pile of fries. It was still a pile of mush. Not crispy at all. Wings were pretty dry on the inside and mushy on the outside.

My "large" fry was clearly a small with little to no seasoning.
