Ordered the Boneless Meal Deal For 2 for pick up and they forgot my fries. Also the breading is too thick and they barely sauced the wings. Just not a good experience at all I don't think I'll try again for awhile.

Large Voodoo fries are smaller than the regular size used to be a couple years ago. They literally don't even cover the bottom of the tray they're served on. Prime example of shrinkflation. Shame.

The 3 piece chicken tender was coated in oil, no seasoning and the oil had spilled all over other food contents. Also missing an order of fries

the food itself was alright but the service was horrible trying to pick my order up. i waited an hour just to get it and i constantly told the cashier that my order was sitting on the pick up shelf as i was staring at it but he insisted that it wasn't just for him to eventually realize it was over an hour later.
