Everything was hot a fresh it was delicious and I will definitely be ordering again. The chicken was coated nicely with seasoning a little bit overcooked but still good. The 15 Crispy Tenders were juicy and delicious. Good job wing stop

am highly disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. I placed my order and received it in about 10-15 minutes, which seemed unusually fast given the location is 5 minutes from my house. When I opened the box, it was clear the food wasn’t freshly made. The wings weren’t hot, the fries were stale, and the overall quality was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I ordered a mix of flats and drumsticks, but they gave me 7 flats and only 3 drumsticks. As you can see from the photo, the flats barely had any meat on them. For nearly $26, this is completely unacceptable. It’s obvious that the food was premade, and they just grabbed it, tossed on some sauce, and sent it out.
I expected fresh, quality food for the price I paid, but this experience was far from it

My go to is the Chicken Sandwich with the add 5 wings and add 2 tenders options. the chicken flilets are always big and juicy, the wings are always fresh and crispy, the new tenders are extra crispy and meaty all topped with and mix & match flavors of your choosing. All with a cup of ranch, can't go wrong.

Good afternoon,
I wanted to let you know about my order because I was very disappointed. The French fries had an excessive amount of salt on them, and the lemon pepper wings were also extremely salty. Unfortunately, the food was so salty that I couldn’t eat it.
I was looking forward to my meal, so this was frustrating and a waste of money. I would appreciate it if you could make this right, whether that means replacing the meal or offering a refund. Thank you for taking the time to address this issue, and I look forward to hearing from you.

10 pc Wing Combo tasted really good and fresh and nice portions size and would recommend. The fries were just too salty but they did taste good.
