Wingstop is dependable when it comes to preparation, which I appreciate. You know what you're getting and is rarely disappointing. The chicken tenders are awesome. I enjoy the Cajun corn. Some feedback would be to adjust the syrup level in your fountain drinks (currently too low), watch how much seasoning is used (typically drowning in it, but appreciate that they have an option for spice amount now). The one item I've tried that I don't care for is the fries. I'm a self-proclaimed fry connoisseur. There's something off with the crisp level and the density - they feel fairly hollow compared to other places. Maybe that's a style that only I don't like. The portions are mostly consistent. The only one that has shifted back and forth for me was the celery-only serving. Packaging for delivery is good except for the carrots/celery -- it is in a dish vs. a closing package, so I often get a water-drenched bag. Fresh almost every time. I have ordered repeatedly and will again. If rate it "good."

Usually this is spot on but tonight the chicken was well done and it was all crunch. I was so disappointed as this is usually my favorite food meal to get.

The chicken was hard and rubbery, old. They got a drink wrong. Disappointed and no napkids or straws.The food bag was not sealed.
