my Build Your Own Bowl was not as fresh tasting as the previous ones that I ordered and the rice was hard and the chicken was tough...I was a little disappointed with my order...

One portion was great but the other one could've filled it up more. What I don't like is the bowl size for 20 dollars it should be bigger. The Marlborough St location has bigger bowls for the same price. This will be my last time ordering from this location.

This food was completely different, than when we have ordered from other locations. The taste was salty, noodles were overcooked, and the offered base options were different from previous locations.
