I normally don't leave a bad review but this time, the meal was quite horrendous. They weren't this bad before but the portion has been reduced significantly and their banchans taste borderline rotten especially their kimchi and fishcakes. I had about 2 meat pieces and 3 intestine pieces (which smelled like an old freezer - pls sort this out) in my hangover soup - too little for the price. I initially thought i got a wrong order. Quite disappointed. But thank you to everyone involved. Still appreciate it.

I honestly couldn’t get over how disappointing the whole meal was. I usually never leave reviews, but I was genuinely annoyed that I paid $70 for food like this.
The bossam and doenjang soup were actually pretty good on their own. But the bossam pieces were ridiculously huge, like you couldn’t be bothered to cut them one more time. Each piece was basically the size of my palm. I’ve never had to tear bossam apart with my teeth before.
As for the fish cake, pickled radish, and quail eggs, I honestly think you’d be better off not serving them at all. They tasted like they’d been sitting around for who knows how long.
The worst part was the bossam kimchi and the regular kimchi. The regular kimchi was way too salty and just tasted old. And the bossam kimchi was already somewhat fermented, which was unusual. Bossam kimchi is usually freshly made and has that fresh, unfermented kimchi taste.
Honestly, I think you’d be better off just selling the bossam and doenjang soup by themselves. The main dishes were decent, but the sides really ruined the whole experience.
