Spicy Beef Noodles 麻辣牛肉面 broth had good flavor and 6 big chunks of beef. Scallion Pancake 葱油饼 are good but did not come with dipping sauce. The Dry Pot Beef 干锅牛 has great flavor and assortment of veggies (sliced potatoes, cauliflower)

The Pork soup dumplingand the Scallion Pancake were absolutely delicious!!! You get 8 pieces of the pancake which was more than I expected. The dipping sauce for the dumplings was super flavorful and everything was still hot when I received it. The only downside was the dan dan Dan Dan Noodles .The portion was large and it looked great but it had zero flavor.Like none at all. I loved the the texture of the noodles.If there were any sort of sauce on this dish, they would have absorbed it well. But again, absolutely tasteless. I will try them again because the other 2 items were so good but super disappointed to pay for an item that was so bad.

Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐 was sooo delicious and had the right amount of kick. We used the Scallion Pancake 葱油饼 to soak up some of it, but more rice would've been nice too. Pork Xiao Long Bao 8pc 猪肉小笼包 soup dumplings were fantastic. Amazing authentic Sichuan food that warms and fills you up.

Wow! This is the best Chinese we've had in Colorado. The Mapp Tofu 麻婆豆腐 and the Spicy Chicken 辣子鸡 were great, especially with the Refreshing Cucumber 爽口黄瓜 to balance the spice. But the surprise champ was the Green Tea Bacon Fried Rice 绿茶培根炒饭. Oh my god. It's so damn good.
