Chicken was so overcooked and hard. Fries were so greasy they were inedible. This is not normal for Zaxby's.

Zaxby’s has fallen off. That sale I ordered was horrible! The chicken was sparse, the tomatoes were old...just bad. Just because it's door mdash doesn't mean you can throw stuff together.

The nibblerz sandwiches were great as always. So were the cookies. My only issue is their fires no matter how many time I request regular or extra seasoning. I always get fries with little to no seasoning. They are very bland!

I was a little upset to see that the commercial shows 4 pieces of the big chicken quesadilla, and only 3 were there. my fries were burnt. I requested extra cherries for my milkshake only got one. I didn't receive the sauce I requested.
