Pickles weren't a full order and were fried until almost burnt. Tea tasted awful. Chicken was over fried but fries barely cooked.

The chicken strips were cooked too long, they had plenty of sauce but the chicken was hard. I took 2 bites and wasn't able to eat the rest of the chicken strips. I ate fries and toast. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with Zaxbys.

it was all very good, the only negative thing was that the fries weren't fried very well. none of mine were crispy or seasoned.
