Twice this happened. Wings over cooked. fries had barely any seasoning. No straw for my drink. If I get it through the drive through it's fine but they don't care about there online orders at all.

The salad was not fresh for what was of the lettuce not much at all, the tomatoes were mushy and one little cucumber

the funnel cake was really bad. tenders are smaller and not as tasty. this restaurant is much worse than it was in the past
