Zaxbys has always been my favorite chicken place the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries are delicious chicken not hard fries soft just right only problem need more sauce to cover over and the 2 Nibblerz® are so good tender chicken and bun soft I 100% recommend both of these

This order is one of my favorites but today the tenders were just not cooked enough for me. The wings clearly had been sitting in the rack for a while and they were harder than rocks. What happened, Zaxby's?

I ordered a kids meal with a drink with extra ice, and another single drink. I got a kids meal,1 drink with very little ice. No second drink! And not extra ice in the one I did get. My last 5 or 6 orders I ask for extra ice and never get it. Their customer satisfaction has gone way down hill.
