The fries were not done at all. Idk of they were even dipped in the fryer. Room temperature and rubbery.
Also, these were the thinnest chicken strips I've even gotten from a Zaxby's location. I know I just got the little snack meal because I was trying to eat lunch, but this was awful. I ate two chicken strips and maybe 2 fries. I usually don't have any problems oduring from any other Zaxby's locations.

I ordered a wings and things. My fries were very soggy and I paid for an extra sauce and did not receive it. My wings were barely covered in the barbecue sauce. And I am highly disappointed and feel like money was wasted.

Love the wings but price has went up around 50% in the last year and the size of wings have decreased tremendously.

The food is almost always good. The Boneless Wings & Things this time around were not good. I believe I got the wrong sauce on the boneless chicken wings, way to spicy for BBQ. The chicken fingers were ice cold. The Basket of Texas Toast is always one of my favorites and ihave never had a problem with them. Only other down side is when I ask for ranch, I am lucky if I get one.

New lemon pepper wings are amazing! They even fried them nice and crispy. I normally don't like Zaxbys but this may have changed my mind. I'll be back (:
