I was so disappointed because when they bring the Fried Asian Zensation Zalad back i always get it. This time it was horrible. It was so little(barely any lettuce and mostly slaw) and it barely had any dressing.

Ordered the 4 Fingers plate with a double order of coleslaw....no coleslaw and only got 3 fingers. Asked for the fingers to be tossed in a sauce, they werent tossed. If you are going to allow online orders, at least get them somewhat right

Tortilla was stale, nothing exciting about a chicken tender with some cold melted cheese and a little bit of cabbage on it. Underwhelming.

Spent over $100 on what should’ve been a simple fast food order and it was completely botched. The milkshakes were made with sprinkles instead of vanilla wafer pieces, which made them taste awful. On top of that, the 10-piece tenders were supposed to be tossed in spicy garlic blaze—and they weren’t.
To make it worse, they only offered a $10 credit, which barely even covers one milkshake. When you’re charging that kind of money for chicken and milkshakes, it needs to be spot on. This was nowhere close. Not acceptable.
