The chicken tenders were hard to chew and the fries had no Flavor, I would not order again the portion was small also

I'm sick of ordering a large French fry and it be less than a serving size of what you get in a big Zax snack.
My large fry maybe was half of the tiny styrofoam container they put it in.
For this Zaxbys to be so successful to opening a newer restaurant across the street, the quality has decreased drastically.
I'm officially done using Zaxbys here as I do not want to pay for small portions, overcooked food, and ridiculous delivery times.

Packaged well and pretty good, the lemon pepper is a dry rub.
Not too bad, just wasn't a good choice to share with children.

We didn't receive a lemonade drink and DoorDash could not order another delivery only credit or refund. My Grilled Chicken Sandwich was a small "fried"chicken with no black cover that usually was delivered with the sandwich and fries.
This meal was a failure from preperation to sending this out.
I usually receive good meals from Zaxby's this is why I was greatly disappointed.

ordered wings and they were so dry and hard they were very difficult to eat. I paid $17 for something that really wasn Will not order them again. The funnel cake wasn't worth what I paid.
