The chicken is so hard and there is no flavor at all unless you add sauce. The salad was good with honey mustard dressing. This was my first and last time I eat here. I'm from California I guess we have good tasting tender juicy chicken like Canes etc... but this was defiantly not for me.

The chicken tenders were hard to chew and the fries had no Flavor, I would not order again the portion was small also

I'm sick of ordering a large French fry and it be less than a serving size of what you get in a big Zax snack.
My large fry maybe was half of the tiny styrofoam container they put it in.
For this Zaxbys to be so successful to opening a newer restaurant across the street, the quality has decreased drastically.
I'm officially done using Zaxbys here as I do not want to pay for small portions, overcooked food, and ridiculous delivery times.

Packaged well and pretty good, the lemon pepper is a dry rub.
Not too bad, just wasn't a good choice to share with children.
