I ordered a six tender meal and only got five tenders and I ordered a drink without ice but got it with ice and no straw. Everything else is great! The chicken is so juicy and crunchy and the fries are seasoned well! The cookie is so good and soft.

Chicken tenders were overcooked and tough. Half of French fries covered in slaw. No sauce packets for meal, Fried Pickles or Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce. Disappointing to see how quality has dropped here.

Based on the photo of the chicken 3 Chicken Finger Tacos With Drink on the menu, it's quite a surprise when you open the clamshell box and see how the tacos are composed. One sliced Roma tomato instead of diced tomatoes. Bagged iceberg lettuce. And good luck on getting the right sauce. The Crinkle Fries - Large were great. Crisp outside, tender inside and well seasoned.
