"Spicy" chicken sandwich is not spicy, and the taste is underwhelming. Seems like they did one small dab of the sauce on 1/2 of the sandwich. Small handful of fries with a large meal. This is my 2nd time trying Zaxby's. For a restaurant that boasts about quality food I'm just not impressed.

We go to zaxbys several times a week. Our granddaughter loves the Big Zax Snack Big Zax Snak® Meal! The one here in Orlando is really fast in getting the good to you quickly! Also their Hand crafted Lemonade is fantastic!

I eat at Zaxbys quite often. The chicken fingers plate was a disappointment. The chicken was warm at best. They seemed to have been cooked awhile. They charge a lot for them to be under par.

Just wish there was more sauce on the wings. No option for heavy sauce
Kickin Chicken Sandwich was soaking wet , sauce looked like water.
