I eat zaxbys a couple times a month and it's declining each visit. I think it's the store I order from. They really are not trying. Food is dry even after i ask for more seasoning it was bland. Tenders are so small and dry you need extra zaxby sauce to digest it. Waste of money and truly disappointing

If this is that a up charge for "Large Fries" is that is ridiculous. Large fries used to be 11 oz on the old Large plate. This doesn't even look like 5 oz of fries a waste of upcharge money. Won't be eating at this Zaxbys again. Also was suppose to be 2 orders of the cheese Fried White Cheddar Bites and 2 of the Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce instead I got 3 and 1. Plus the grease needs to be changed these are overdone like crazy.

I quite like the food, I like how soft the chicken is. I find it hard to eat a lot of food due to external factors but zaxbys has always been a safe food and I love it a lot. I hold this establishment close to my heart.

Did not add extra salt on fries. Fries had no salt at all. Only received 4 fingerz

They played! Didn't give me all 5 wings and barely any fries literally. No condiments, no straw.
