Most of the lettuce on my salad was bad/rotten.I had to pick through it and got maybe half of it that I could eat. This has happened before too.

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and got hardly any cheese on it and ZERO ranch. AT ALL.
