First time eating Zaxbys I'm honestly impressed the chicken fingers are quite succulent and crispy simultaneously they are also pretty well sized and the garlic buffalo sauce and ranch are some of the best around 10/10 would order again

This is the 2nd time I’ve DoorDashed from this Zaxby’s, and once again the food was not fresh and tasted awful. The bread they gave me was extremely tough and almost unchewable. It wasn’t just a little hard—it was so tough that I could barely eat it.
I’ve given this location another chance, but the quality is still disappointing. If I’m paying for food, I expect it to at least be fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

the salad was completely wilted and obviously not fresh. The bacon was not fully cooked either. Nothing in the salad was decent quality except for the cheese and chicken.
