The Sprite had absolutely no syrup in it and I'm upset that I paid for it anyway without knowing. There was also barely any sauce on the wings. My Doordash delivery driver, Fredrick was super nice and fast though.

Ordered a Big Zax Snak® Meal.asked for 2 Zax sauces and got 1 and the fries are white meaning they're NOT DONE! SO disappointed! Ipay so much for this and it should done right... Right? The darkness on the fries is the zax salt they put on the fries. Thankfully the chicken is crispy for a change

Usually this chicken from Zaxby's is fabulous-which is why I order it all the time. Today the chicken is dry and hard like it was sitting around all day. I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it away-very disappointed!
