It was tasty enough but super pricey for an appetizer, or at least it was the size an appetizer. I guess they were out of coleslaw, since that didn't arrive. They must have been out of unsweet tea to, since some pink drink arrived. TLDR: Tasty, costly, missing items.

Though it is close to my job and I love Zaxby's I won't be coming back. the fries were not seasoned like bland and on top of that they were soft and floppy and almost wet. the cheese bites I got were good but the amt for 10 is like 10 small ones maybe. and the boneless wings were just boneless bread .. SMH so disappointed.

Chicken was dry and not seasoned well. Flavorless. Fries were burnt. They were magically soggy on the outside and dry on the inside. Without sauce the fries stuck to all your teeth. From what I remembered years ago, this was a sorry excuse for fried chicken.

Yummy they always remember sauce but they don't have dessert as part of the menu now so I don't order but I check often because when the cookies come back I'll order everyday again. If you don't care about dessert lol this is the best zaxbys in the city. They always get my order right and it's always hot.

The Asian Zensation Zalad™ was watery & bland. So much water in bowl we had to drain it off. No flavor at all. Slaw w/ the Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz was spoiled & slimy, and the fries had NO seasoning let alone the "extra seasoning" we requested.
