Chicken oil and dried out I ordered a five piece. I got four leg parts and one flat. The toast is burnt. The fries are undercooked. I will not be ordering again if my food is not cooked to order.

The great 8 had really 4 boneless wings and 4 crusted pieces with sauce and the fries were saggy. The tea also had a funky taste.

Half of the lettuce was either wilted or straight up gross. I've gotten this salad from zaxbys multiple times before, and yes, there's usually a few wilted pieces here and there; but never this much. I've never felt the need to sift through the whole salad to pick out the bad pieces before now. I'm assuming that this happened today cause I got what was left over in the bag or something. Still, a bit of quality control would've been nice, especially for $15.
