I was given a medium drink instead of a large. I had to call to find out they don't have a large. I was still charged for a large and not a medium. I asked for a manger and wasn't any. Had to wait later in the day. Very poor service

I got the chicken finger plate with fries, Cole slaw and Texas toast and it was delicious and fresh! The iced tea at Zaxby's is super !

ordered the new chicken. Fried Chicken Philly Meal and it came with no peppers and just a little cheese. It had a lot of chicken but nothing else.

It was really good the Big Zax Snak® Meal was fresh and a good portion size I would definitely order again
