Called prior to order and asked for well done wings. Not what I got. AND IM SHOCKKED how small these chicken strips have become. Idk what happened to zaxbys but Iwill never order from zaxbys again. Wowwww )$20 each meal what a rip off!

My salad did not have the three Zaxby's chicken fingers you're supposed to put in a salad. It didn't have to. Appeared to have more like one and a half perhaps, it's because I ordered it late. That's still no excuse. I was charged and paid the full price. Therefore, I should get the full salad ingredients.

I ordered tongue torch Traditional Wings Meal, it was hard, dry and tasteless. Asian Slaw, was room temperature parts of it was turning a light brown. the fries were slightly warm. the drink and Chocolate Chip Cookies were find.

Really didnt get much fries on my entree as i normally would be over all the Kickin Chicken Sandwich was fresh and very good even the sprite was crisp enough! Good job guys :)
