Food was dry,overcooked,they burned the toast and i was supposed to have 5 wings instead i got 4 and they gave me a wimpy chicken tender to replace it,wouldn't recommend eating this at all they barely gave me any fries,when i pay money places im expecting better. Honestly i've had better zaxbys at other locations

the portion of fries in the big Zac snack was very small , chicken wasn't fully cooked and fries looked and tasted old

Either this location is bad quality or Zaxby's in general has gone downhill. The portions are absolutely not as advertised. The Chicken Finger Plate - 5 Fingerz had tenders that were much smaller than the pictures, and the sides were incredibly small. Still hungry after eating, but I paid 17 dollars for it. Hoping Doordash will compensate in some way, cause this was horrible. Will never order from here again.

Food was overly dry, not fresh. Boneless wings were double cooked or microwaved. They tasted like they were cooked the day before. Not worth the money that was spent.
