The spirit was water, the wings were old and dried out and the bread was hard as if it had been sitting out for hours. The only thing that was decent was the fries. I would not order again

The boneless wings were so old, cold, and stale that my son could not chew them...they tasted awful. I guess the thought that the sauce would mask the bad flavor. The fries were cold and soggy. Thankfully the salad was pretty good.
The young lady who delivered our order was very nice and professional and she delivered the order really fast so the wings had to be old cold and stale before they left the store, Rather than throw out the nasty stale boneless wings, they chose to pass them off on us.

i ordered a big zax snak meal and it tasted good but it was supposed to come with four tenders but instead i got three little tenders and it was a little cold

Most of the food was fine. However the completely spoiled coleslaw they gave us was horrid. Check your foods and don't leave them out. It ruined the whole plate.

The ranch was old. The cheddar bites tasted off. The BBQ sauce on my wings in my traditional wing meal tasted unlike standard Zaxby's barbecue sauce. Very strange experience. Will not continue to order from here.
