The Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was okay, but the portion was small and it was very messy. If you want a quesadilla, order Mexican You come to Zaxby's for chicken, sandwiches, and salads. Was good to try, but probably wouldn't order again. I will stick to the fingers and fries.

Zaxby's went above and beyond for me!! I ordered my meal wrong and because it was finalized for door dash wouldn't fix it but Zaxby's would and did!! y'all are amazing!! best Zaxby's in Cleveland!! y'all are my heros and saved my meal!!

Have ordered this particular meal before, and it's been wonderful; however, this time, what I received was not what I ordered. There were no shrimp at all. Two things went wrong, I think I got someone else's order, but my receipt on the bag was for mine. This shows a lack of attention to detail.

I was disappointed in both of the Fried Cobb Salads that I ordered. There was no boiled egg, no shredded cheese, and no cucumber in both salads. There was one slice of Roma Tomato cut in half in both salads. We paid full price but didn't get all ingredients as well as any salad dressing.
