My fries had no seasoning after ordering extra seasoning they gave me the wrong sauce on my Kickin Chicken Sandwich m, no straws and very dry chicken, my friends tea tasted sour, usually they are amazing but today it felt rushed and no care with my meal, please do better

Zaxby's is above and beyond excellent. They have been so thoughtful and good to me. Their food is always fresh and well prepared. The servings are generous. I order from them 6 to 7 times a week.

Zaxbys always hits the spot and it's always gassed up never got a boneless wing that wasn't sauced up. The fruit punch hi c really takes it to the next level with the lil ice cubes. God bless zax

My $2.89 fries were A HONEST to God disappointment. When I saw that I have VERY little fries (even a five year old wouldn't be full from it) I was saddened. I will now buy the medium fries.
