Fries were raw inside. The Chicken tenders were ridiculously small and the toast had hardly any butter on it and it was only toasted on one side. Should have believed the reviews

The Kickin Chicken Sandwich was supposed to have a large fries, but had less than a small serving. And the Kickin Chicken Sandwich had only one chicken tender.

Usually don't have a problem with Zaxby's but this time the food I received was far from adequate. The fries were undercooked and we received the wrong drinks (unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea). This wouldn't have been much more of a slight inconvenience had it not been a delivery and had the store not been closing early due to holiday. I hope this is not reoccurring but I will definitely be ordering with much more precaution in the future.

Chicken was over cooked and black, and fries had no seasonings. They also forgot part of our order.
