I've never had zaxbys delivered because I was afraid it wouldn't be as good. I was proven right. Crinkle Fries - Large were inedible for the most part which sucks because they give great portions (and I heart fries). I like crispy but they were just hard and dry. The Big Zax Snak® Meal had juicy chicken strips but again, the fries weren't up to par and there was no Zax Sauce. Fríed Pickles were soft so they were air fried. They were more on the salty side and came with no sauce either.

the food was fine. everything was hot and fresh. the flavors were decent but it's clear something changed in the recipe in the past couple years. the nuclear sauce which is supposed to be the hottest they have was no hotter than the tongue torch sauce that is on the Kickin Chicken Sandwich. neither was particularly spicy, they just seemed like buffalo. the chicken no longer has that signature flavor that I grew to love. don't get me wrong it was still good but it's like want Rocky road ice cream and having to settle for chocolate.

Garden Blue Zalad was as expected. Just a bunch of lettuce with a few tomatoe and fried onion. Handcrafted Peach Sweet Tea was a basic sweet tea. Every time I order peach this happens unless I pick it up. No stress of course. The Crinkle Fries - Large definitely wasn't a large and the Basket of Texas Toast was also as expected. I think moving forward I'll stick to pick up. The driver was awesome but the store could've used a not more instruction when preparing. Would've given 3 stars had I atleast received a straw with my incorrect bev lol.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich is missing the lettuce and tomato. It is burnt, tastes like charcoal and texture of jerky. Not to mention insanely small portion for the price. Won't do that again.

Whoever says canes is better than Zaxby's is a joke. 10/10 review every time it doesn't disappoint. Takes about 40 minutes for the whole transaction to happen but my food is always hot and fresh.
