I ordered a six tender meal and only got five tenders and I ordered a drink without ice but got it with ice and no straw. Everything else is great! The chicken is so juicy and crunchy and the fries are seasoned well! The cookie is so good and soft.

Wings were over cooked. Barely any sause was applied to the wings. I ordered tongue torch. It had so little sauce I actually questioned if it was a dry rub. Toast was chewy. Tea was good and sweet. Fries were as expected.

Chicken tenders were overcooked and tough. Half of French fries covered in slaw. No sauce packets for meal, Fried Pickles or Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce. Disappointing to see how quality has dropped here.

the driver was good order was quick. but I only got three tenders not four and they were very hard and dry. never had old food from Zaxby's before. it's always been good.
