1 star only because my sons sandwich was "so good" he said but my The House Zalad® - Grilled was AWFUL! First of all, there was barely any salad mix, less than half of what it normally given. The salad mix had very wilted, there were barely any tomatoes, but they looked like they had gone bad. I tried to ignore all this and continue to eat it. First bite, DISGUSTING! Second bite, TERRIBLE. I though maybe it was the chicken because I'm not a big fan of their grilled chicken and usually get the fried chicken salad (on a diet so I ordered the grilled). I tried it without chicken and only salad. Still AWFUL!! Three bites and I was done. I threw away $13 because I couldn't eat it. It was the worst meal I have ever had from there. Also did not receive any Zax sauce and ordered extra.

I watched the map and I live 2 minutes from Zaxby's and my Dasher came straight to my house after they picked up our large french fries and come to find out both orders of french fries were definitely not larges and they were cold and stale. on the plus side, the tea was good and didn't taste old and they gave me the right amount of sauce.

2 orders of 4 piece chicken tender plates, only 3 dry pieces of chicken in each plate ! No drinks !

Chicken tasted microwaved and not fresh also the chicken was stringy the loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch were good though

This is definitely nothing like on the commercials! burnt and cracked on the outside but when you open it up....the cheese nor anything is melted as you see in the pictures! After spending $20.00 to get this descusting reheated she'll and new topping added, I'll never order from this place again!! Just like the last Asian salad I ordered... Damn! cook it fresh instead of sending out leftovers no matter what time it is! You can see in the pictures, but I'm sure they will not post them....
