• 25-10-08The chili was watery with excess grease floating at the top so we had to strain it which was more than half the container it came in. The won ton min was cold and the noodles were stuck together so I had to reheat it twice just to loosen it up and separate the noodles which was shaped like the container since it wasn't hot enough to separate the noodles. It was very disappointing since Zippy's has always been my childhood fave back home in HI. Need more quality control on food preparation and packing before serving to customers. At least the long johns are still "ono".

• 26-05-25This is by far the best loco moco I've had. Tasted fresh. Even the macaroni salad. Portion good size. Two big patties and two eggs with macaroni salad. I would order again.

• 25-10-31It was a solid one and a half, possibly two stars. Too many beans for my taste. The chicken was not crispy and not flavorful enough. I did not like the idea that the salad was supposed to be cold, but it was in the container with the hot food. Overall roughly one and a half, possibly two stars for me.

I had a great experience at Zippy’s recently, 9/30@ 5:50 PM thanks to the young lady with purple or pink hair who waited on me—she was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. Her warmth and courtesy were a refreshing contrast to a previous visit at your original location, where I felt misrepresented by a staff member named Amber. This time, the service truly stood out, and I want to express my genuine appreciation for the team and especially for her. Thank you for restoring my confidence in your establishment.
