I have to eat gluten free and requested no bun on my burger, they packaged my burger in a box very nicely for me and even put the sauces in a cup on the side for me. And the food was still warm and fresh when it was delivered to me. Thank you!

Fry sauce is no longer given with sides of fries, onion rings, chicken strips basket, or fish basket; it is charged for each individual container on the side; paid for 6 and was given 5 fry sauces. This should be stated somewhere....that you don't get sauce unless you pay for each side of sauce.

Fish Basket had no tarter sauce? and fries needed to be cooked longer
Papa Joe was cooked well but the lettuce was pretty rusty
Normally everything I order is awesome, just a bad day I guess.

If you're wanting a burger and frys get Zips! I usually get the Papa Joe with frys and a Milk Shakes and it's always perfect! Also the fry sauce is HEAVEN!

the family meal deal is a great value. Could have used a little bit more fries but it was still filling.
