I ordered a Tiger Spice Chai and a Thai Tea asking for no ice in both and extra sweet, adding a few words of thanks. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that not only did they follow my requests but added cutely wrapped straws/napkins and a cup of ice so I could add it at my convenience. Both teas were excellent! I even froze the Tiger Spice Chai so that it would stay cold on my way back home on the train. Also included was a note someone had written w a little doodle of a cup and thanking me for my kind words. I thought it was very sweet that someone took the time to do this! It made my day and I tacked it up on my bulletin board to remind me that it doesn't take much to be nice and even if 9 out of 10 are not, there is always that one that IS genuinely thankful.
