If I lived in Fresno I would definitely get this as my everyday recovery meal. The bahn mis looked very delicious as well. It was a big portion. This Larb was not what i expected, and i have eaten Larb in many Thai restaurants prior to this. In this the flavors were all wrong, IMO. all I could taste was sugar and basil. i got no taste of lemongrass, fish sauce, and no umami from rice powder. The chicken wasn't ground to a consistent small size. It almost seemed over cooked and firm.

"Ever since I've tried their pho for the first time I was hooked. I'd say it's some of the best 10. Rare Steak Pho / Phở Tái in Fresno, but I haven't been to many other places. But it's definitely my favorite out of the few places I have tried. I've been so hooked on their pho that I've been ordering a large bowl every week for the past month now. The flavors are all there. My #14 Kids Pho was very good sans meatballs. I've never had these type of meatballs before but for me the texture was not appetizing. I'm almost positive they were made right and delicious. I'm just particular.
