"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

Ravi's used to be my favorite until they started toning down their spice level exponentially to the point it wasn't spicy at all, a disgusting waste of good food and unworthy of the price. Please don't pull a Ravi's and stay delicious. Last week I tried out the competition and their rolls were 30% larger, and my bill was similar in price to this order. I was still hungry after finishing my dinner. Also there was only enough wasabi for whar I typically place on one roll and there were no napkins in the bag. You are delivering to a room in a hotel. "Originally my order was canceled by DD due to store unable to fullfill my order even though I was in time before the delivery deadline. I called the owner to tell him what happened and he needed to know which location. He said he would call that store. He called back and had me reorder my 2 6packs. This time it was successful! These are quite good so far. Pic shows we only tried the maple flavor. We really like this smaller size donut and they are perfect for "something sweet " when that craving hits.
My only complaint right now is the ordering process online. It does not have to be this complicated!!! I should be able to select the quantity for each flavor no matter the size of the donut packs. Why repeat each flavor over and over for each donut choice?

"So I’ve ordered from here three times now, and I have to say the food is good, but I do have some issues.
First, I pay for a meal Caesar salad that’s upwards of $20, and I’m being given five medium-sized strips of grilled chicken and maybe 15–20 pieces of lettuce. That’s essentially a side salad, not a full meal. The first time I ordered, this wasn’t an issue, I received a full-sized salad. It now seems like if you order later in the day or if they’re busy, they just give you whatever. This was easily a $5 salad at most, and this is the second time it’s happened.
My next issue is with the garlic bread. I called to ask about it because I forgot to add it to my order, and the lady I spoke with guaranteed that all pasta dishes come with garlic bread. I ordered eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, and stuffed shells. The second time I ordered previously, I didn’t receive garlic bread with my order, but my spouse did with his eggplant parmesan, so I didn’t think much of it since I had ordered three cheese bread. This time, however, our food arrived and there was no garlic bread at all, which was very disappointing.
Another concern is that they don’t accept orders over $100. Their food isn’t cheap, so it’s very easy to go over $100 even with just two people. I do think they should increase their order cap.
I would eat here again because the food is really good, but I can’t justify the portion size of my salad two times in a row. I genuinely feel like I was cheated out of about $30 between the two orders I received."
