"Bubba's Burger was big and tasted good. A great deal, too. I did ask for a side of Mayo, that was overlooked. Instead, I got four ketchup packets that were glued together by, I'm guessing, some ketchup that had leaked out. As sticky as it was, I don't know how anyone would have missed that. I do like this restaurant and have had mostly good experiences. However, I wish they would get a better handle on their baked goods. The Huckleberry muffin tasted like it came from a cheap muffin mix. It was dry, crumbly and underwhelming. I've also had their beignets. They are more like a cake/biscuit texture. Not crispy and airy, like beignets are supposed to be. Considering the restaurant's theme, I would think this would be a priority. Still, overall, a great place. This just bothered me enough to say something,"
