"I love this place so much. Everything is always perfection. They are my good day place, they are my bad day place, they are my special occasion place. Beautiful, fresh, high quality cuts- I have never been disappointed. I tried many sushi places in Temecula before finding them; there are even other hana sushis- they are not the same. I don't eat sushi anywhere else in a 50 mile radius now. I HAVE eaten other places when I travel- it reminds me how grateful I am to have this place.

"I want to start this off by saying I love going to Shogun in person. But anytime I've ever ordered it for delivery or even for takeout, it has never come to the standard I expect it to. I don't know if this is intentional or if they just don't care as much as they do when somebody is being served right in front of them. But anytime I'm at the Restaurant eating in person- My filet mignon is always cooked perfectly. The cook, the temperature, the shape, the look, everything. But whenever I get it in person at my house, either delivered or through pick up, it seems like it's not made with the same quality and care. Either the steak is overcooked or seems like I've been skimped out on. I'm writing this review in hopes that the restaurant sees this and can make sure their food consistency is the same as an in person experience. I understand that the temperature is going to vary depending on where it's being delivered, and I would expect nonetheless. But I want the same meal that I'm ordering in person. I would order from you guys more frequently if I knew that I was going to be met consistently."

"First and last time we'll order from here. Very sad looking salmon roll, though the salmon tasted good. The real dissapointment was paying nearly 8 dollars for each soup that were filled inconsistantly in their small containers. In my pictures I placed the 2 oz sauce cup next to the containers for the miso/onion soup. I received way less miso than i did onion soup. The bummer is that it all tasted good, but the price to portion ratio is abysmal. "

Picked up almost $70 worth of cold burgers and fries with absolutely no apologies from the store. Called store and spoke with manager, who said repeatedly that she has no control over it and gave me district manager's phone number. Upon speaking to him, he outright blamed me, the customer, for not picking up order sooner even though the app still an hour and a half later showed the store is still preparing the order.
