They went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate me and I have Celiac and a soy allergy. Soy is an incredibly difficult allergy for sushi restaurants to manage but Bamboo went through every ingredient to ensure I would not get sick and helped me make a custom order so I was safe and satisfied. I mean... WOW. The food is delicious and the customer service is ABSOLUTELY worth the price. 10/10!!!

Food tasted great but the portion sizes were a bit ridiculous for price. $25 (+ tax + tip) roll was about half the size as what you'd get at Momiji.

Ordering a burger from a Japanese restaurant was a waste but we needed protein so we ordered the bamboo burger. It was amazing. The tempura onion rings not so much. Pretty horrible. If the Cali roll was any sample of their sushi, it was very good.

Do not waste your money. Probably one of the worst sushi experiences of my life. 4 orders of nigiri and all the fish tasted exactly the same, no flavor whatsoever. Totally overpriced to boot. Super disappointed
