The food was great. wings were very good...but we ordered the 32 wing Bone-In Wings Party Platter and received only 28 wings. I contacted the wing place and they told me that I have to go thru Door Dash to make this right. I have not done this yet, but I will soon.

Fantastic!!! Will definitely be ordering from here again.... my daughter had already been eating from her fry box before I got the picture but I was so surprised to see that a small fry was so large.... the chicken was delicious also!

Wings were over cooked, dry, chewy, and inedible. DoorDash gave me credit for the wings and I called the store to explain to the manager so he could address the kitchen. He was very polite and took the constructive feedback well. Everything was resolved well, hopefully the quality improves and is consistent in the future. I would probably not risk ordering wings from here in the future but I will continue to give business to Chili's in the future anyway, just not for wings.

So we order from here a lot and most of the time the wings are amazing and so good and crunchy, however this time I could clearly tell they made the wrong flavor m, tried to fry it out and then sprinkled the correct seasoning in the wings, it did not fix it. The wings became like a leather chew with the inside still tasting like the previous flavor. I understand food mess ups and trying to do a quick fix but if you wouldn't eat it don't send it out to someone else.

Fries were mixed together with wings making fries soggy and drenched in wing sauce. Both fries and wings tasted old and like theyve been sitting out for a long period of time.
