Tuscan sandwich was made on 3 day old bread, there was no lettuce (see picture), no prosciutto, it was barely edible. no whipped cream on the latte either. it's the only latte you can get whipped cream on, and it wasn't even an option. plus, they only gave me 12oz when I thought it was supposed to be 16

the drink was very bland and i paid and extra $1 for cold foam and never got it

So good.. I’m sorry dunks but cafe Nero was a winner here.. maybe in another life we will be more but the espresso treats me better over here
