ughh this is sooo good, highly recommend. The aioli pairs so good with the chicken GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH and their fries are always so delicious. Try out City Works, it will be worth it😋

The GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH, itself was great. The fries were pretty bad, though. There was no potato flavor. They were overly oiled and just absolutely buried in pepper. They weren't hot, just peppery.
The FRIED STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE was perfect.

We were disappointed in the 1871 CHILI, it was just basic, okay and we had a craving for epic chili. It could've been meatier and more flavorful. The BEER CHEESE SOUP was better than okay, but we could barely taste the beer in it, and it was slightly grainy. It was almost more like queso. The SPICY MAPLE BACON BAKED BEANS were a little too sweet for us, but adding some to the chili helped balance the flavor a little. The MASCARPONE CREAMED CORN was a good addition. We were impressed that it was with fresh off the cob corn.

Sandwich was wet from excessive sauce and pickle juice (?) and salad came with a sesame wing sauce instead of the red wine vinaigrette as advertised and selected. Fries were hard and dry and tasted like they were cooked hours ago.
