the other locations serve the big box with a large drink but other than that it was decent for almost closing time.  fries were lit. 3 pc. Chicken Big Box

the gravy container for the Mashed Potatoes & Gravy was only half full and I didn't receive any utensils. 8 pc. Nuggets were okay. half of them were tough vs half of them seemed fresh

Location need to work on food temperature. Potato Wedges were not warm and a little under cooked also under seasoned. 20 pc. Hot & Spicy Wings were great but warm and not hot . Considering the wait I had I would have expected them the be hot. Had a few feathers on the chicken 20 pc. Hot & Spicy Wings but that shows me that the meat is real .

I got the three piece chicken wing meal and you could tell it had been in the warmer awhile!! The chicken little was small and the bread was stale as heck!!! KFC do better!!!

this is my 3rd time ordering.. even picking up my own order; was STILL NOT RIGHT! This time, I got NO sauces,(WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR), NO DRINK, (again, WHICH I WAS CHARGED FOR). so, basically, I paid for 3 "honey, and 4 honey bbq" sauces, and a regular size sweet tea, that I NEVER received! IF I try calling KFC, they just tell me to dispute it with DD, and when I try to sort it out with DD, they tell me to call the restaurant 🤷? I'm almost done with BOTH DD, AND KFC 😫3 pc. Chicken Big Box Chicken Thigh Pie Poppers Gravy Dip Cup (paid for n yet, didn't receive) Honey BBQ Sauce , (didn't receive)Honey Sauce , (didn't get)  AND NOW, MY SWEET TEA WASN'T EVEN ON MY ORDER? YEAH... DON'T ORDER KFC!!! IT'S NOT JUST THIS PARTICULAR ONE EITHER.. I'VE TRIED 3 SEPARATE LOCATIONS!!!
