• 12/06/23They always get it right. Food is great! I called to ask if they would add sauces to my order and they always do! Appreciate that since most places don't care. Will order from here again.

• 04/11/25I really love Ono's but I really wouldn't order from them online anymore. They consistently don't include the sauces (even though the descriptions say it will be included) and they've disabled the ability to add "special instructions" so there's no way to communicate to the store that you'd like them to remember to include it. I've been disappointed too many times. I love their food, but really only recommend if you can pick it up in person!
